Important Product Safety Message from Avalla Limited

Avalla dehumidifiers purchased between the 11th and 25th November 2024.

A potential safety issue has been identified with three models of Avalla dehumidifiers supplied between the above dates.

A small number were supplied with an incorrect plug/adaptor which does not comply with the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.

The affected models are:

X-95, X-125 and X-200

Please see below images detailing the incorrect adaptor highlighted with a red cross.
