Bought the T20 to keep our new Amtico floor clean. It performs well, holds enough water so as not requiring refills during a job, is nice and light and easy to use.
Only small niggles are that the power lead could do with being a little longer and it would be nice if one of the lead holders swivelled to allow to whole lead to be released at once (rather than unwinding it).
Happily recommended.
I have been looking for steam mop since year and half , but I looked and changed my mind due to some people’s experience with different brand saying steam mop is not great , also I have been looking Avala for a while then I decided to buy this after reading reviews because reviews are very very helpful and trust me this is the BEST steam mop and it saves so much time and spotless cleaning, as I have a very big space to mop and now it doesn’t seem a big chore to do which it used to be. So if anyone looking for steam mop then just go ahead and buy Avala ,
Really good and powerful steam mop. Only two things I'd say could be easily changed on it, the grey carpet/mat attachment doesn't clip on and falls off. The other is as others have said the lead is not very long, and to get anywhere we constantly have to use an extension lead or change sockets.
The T20 is the lightest steam cleaner I have ever used.
It cleans and dries and you can even buff with it afterwards.
It’s simple to maintain and is easily stored
After having used Avalla T-20 high pressure steam mop, I would raccomand it for a complete cleaning house.
It’s very easy to use, handy, practise and reaches high temperature fast.
Extremely dissatisfied very disappointing after all the hype on the video. Opened package, followed instructions to get started and all I had was water puddle, soaked mop head and zero steam. Am awaiting refund or replacement with one that works :/
Love the steamer but/ and my only complaint is the lead. It’s too short and I seem to spend more time changing plugs than steaming !

clean. The last mop I purchased was a steam mop. There is absolutely no comparison to the Avalla. My floors came up sparkling clean. Delight with my purchase. Very well priced for the quality.
