Just set this thing up and, surprisingly enough it was VERY easy. It was pretty much "click and go".
I needed one of these a LOT sooner, as I've baked in heat from spring to autumn. Especially the last three years, when we experienced our hottest summer.
I literally witnessed a moth disintegrate on my window, while attempting to escape that deathly summer of 2020.
The poor thing didn't even make it inside of the window😳
No more deathly scorching summers for me; Avalla have provided a premium Air Conditioning unit for a reasonable price, and I'm more than happy with the product that they've provided.

So I received my item , initially on unboxing I was pleased with the build and look , after looking the item over I noticed some of the fins were dented / creased , I contacted the company that supplied it and the response was to place a comb or similar object between the fins and straighten them , my response was that if a new car was delivered with scratches or dents would they expect me to buff the scratches out or get the dents sorted !
In all fairness I was offered 10% refund and although I tabled a counter offer which the company declined I have decided to keep the item , however I would possibly consider ordering anything else from this company , this is my honest feedback unless the company that provided my item feel this is untrue in any way

I brought one from air con direct and electrica silent model rrp if £600 I paid £400 and it’s utter rubbish compared to this. Doesn’t work anywhere near as well, I will be buying 2 more of these as soon as funds allow.

I am so glad I purchased my machine before the heat wave hit London. I am now comfortably enjoying being in my upstairs flat, instead of worrying about being overheated. I would highly recommend.

I’m a little disappointed that I paid full price only for the sale to begin before I’d even used the unit which means I paid £75 more! It’s a nice compact unit that can easily be moved from room to room, which I love! It’s just a lot nosier than expected (and advertised) I think they tell you the lowest possible decibel rather than the number on the unit which is 65db (not 54db as advertised). After using it for the first time last night, noise aside, it cools down my big lounge/dining room beautifully. I just wish I’d waited a few days more for the sale!!

Have to admit was hopeful but sceptical but it does work, reduced temperature by 2 deg in about 30 mins which a fan just won't do. Downside is yes its noisy but I knew it would be, a small price to pay for a wonderfully cool room.
Happy with purchase.... as is my elderly dog!
