Great value

This great looking handheld has been surprisingly fab! I say surprisingly because of the reasonable price. I was sceptical but have been pleasantly surprised by it's performance.
I will be honest and say my comparison has been against one of the leading brands of handhelds which I have owned but needing replacing, however didn't want to spend an extortionate amount.
I admit I do find this one heavier than the D brand, but performance is just as good. I have timed the 15 minutes on full power mode - and it is accurate! i would never use it on the low mode in honesty because the suction I don't find useful. The 15 mins is enough for me to do the hard floor in my living room and a quick hoover of the carpeted stairs using the add on pet/upholstery brush, which is exactly what I need it for. It looks good, does what I need it to do, and the "torch" feature is a nice additional touch. Really pleased.

Excellent product and customer service

Had a problem with the first one delivered but with the help of Corey & Claire the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The D50 is an excellent vacuum, powerful enough to easily cope in my workshop and very light which is a big bonus. Very impressed.
