Avalla S-80 - does the job perfectly

Bought for my home office, which is a converted garage with a flat roof, well insulated so can get very hot. However, this unit does a great job of keeping it cool. I bought a longer hose to extend out the small window as the unit is for a sash window, of which I was aware and it works great. I have yet to use the dehumidifier function, but it's a tidy easy to manoeuvre unit, that will get use all year round. One happy customer!

I know it’s not the most expensive, but I am not overly impressed with it. Maybe I am expecting too much, but it really is just a cooler, it only cools down to 16 degrees. I thought these units would perform better. The instructions are basic to say the least. The extraction pipe is large and clumsy, and the instructions for what they are worth do not explain or tell you HOW to attach the pipe to the unit or the ‘end’ piece!!!!!. It only comes with a window kit that only fits a ‘sash window’ , how many people have them for goodness sake!. I know now that I should have done a more detailed investigation before buying this item, but not having had one before, I had nothing to compare.

Je ne peux être satisfaite car nous n’avons pas reçu le climatiseur. Le livreur l’a déposé à un relais colis sur Nice qui est totalement injoignable. Or j’avais commandé ce climatiseur à cause des délais de livraison rapide pour ma mère de 80 ans qui vit loin de moi et qui ne peut pas aller le chercher. Votre site me répond qu’ils ne comprennent pas car ne parlent pas français et GLS est injoignable .
