Love it done the hole of the house inside and the windows outside. My only issue was that the push pole is very weak it felt like it would break i had yo push it from further down the pole and it gave me a sore back. Apart from that it was great thanks

Have used only once, but the flat brush used for cleaning grouting after one use was very worn, cannot use again, I am awaiting for a replacement so hope it comes. The brush needs to be made from harder material. Hopefully with further use it will be useful.

This product is incredible and I wish I had bought it sooner! It is easy to use, looks futuristic and has made mopping the floor and steam cleaning the sofa so much easier.

Hi i was using vax b4 and with a fuse change its still broken. Bought this in IG. Its fab for lino and a carpet steamer. Just as good as the vax comes with 2 x cloths.

Just used for the first time and it's efficient and steams well. I've easily extended the warranty as offered. But let's hope l won't need it.
