Great steam mop.

I used to clean my kitchen and bathroom with floor wipes but they never seemed clean. SO much better with this great steam mop and the floors must be clean now as the pad was brown! I’m glad I bought it, it’s so easy to assemble and use. I’m also glad a tree will be planted because of my purchase. Thank you.

Only disappointment the fact that I only received I mop head and not the 5
as advertised.

Used the T-20 for the 1st time yesterday & was not disappointed. It's a very capable, robust cleaner & effective at what it claims to do. Would definitely purchase again if required. If l was hyper critical the only negative is the mains lead could do with being a metre or two longer.

Lovely and light weight, and a bonus to find it steams carpets too with a carpet glide fitting. Bought it for a new wooden floor we have just had put down, have still to put it to the test but pretty sure it won't disapoint
