Avalla R-120 air purifier with True HEPA filter

Purchased this model for my son's bedroom. He suffers from dust allergies. It has made a massive difference! Able to breath easier at night. Great machine that is whisper quiet.

The Avalla R-4000 is awesome. I've got no dog smells in the house and dust free rooms. So pleased with the results.

If you have a pet you need one of these, They really do make a difference to the freshness of the air and help deter unwanted odours. I have just cleaned the filter for the first time and was amazed at the debris it had collected from the air we breathe.

Got it a month ago this Avalla R-120.
When turned on the display shows a very high number, going up, but even when enclosed in a clean room, it shows the same.
Now in my opinion the filter is useless, or maybe the sensor which detects the particles in the air is not working. From my point of view it was a bad investment.
I wanted to return, but as I did throw away all packaging, I didn't want to mess around with waiting on the line.
I just don't feel any cleaner air by runnning this expensive fan.
If it was something efficient, it should drop down those numbers on the display.
I think is a bad design paired with some useless features.
Just go with another brand. That's all.

Stylish looking, easy to use, red light tell you your air has toxins. Blue light to say it's clear. I brought it door lingering cooking smells and sadly doesn't clear them totally.

Arrived promptly and was able to start quickly. Smart appearance.
The sales information suggested noise levels were very low, so I'm a little disapointed with the lnoise evel being experienced even at the lowest fan speed. The 'instruction manual' could be enhanced to include information on the significance of the numbers registered during operation. We are left to assume the lower numbers represent fewer particles present in the air.

I purchased this machine as I do a little epoxy resin work and acrylic painting. I felt that when doing this maybe there were fumes and smells that could be detrimental to my health, although I do wear a mask. I now put my air purifier on when I am working on my hobby and feel that it is now a safer environment for myself and my long suffering hubby. He especially likes the fact it is an ioniser as well. Thank you for a great product

Really happy about this machine, I can feel the difference of the air at home. The only one small minus is a bit short cable and plug wasn't straight, but working ok

Air purifier was allegedly sent a week ago but has disappeared between Avalla and their courier, with each claiming the other has it. Avalla are refusing to send a replacement unit or action a refund until they get the original unit back. As this is their doing, I am not sure why the customer should be put out.
I am, as a customer both without the item I have purchased or a refund to purchase similar elsewhere.
Absolutely appalling customer service (cant even contact by phone) and I guess I will have to reclaim my money they are holding through my credit card…Do not use this company.

I have only just started using it and have noticed my hayfever symptoms have improved.
