This product is incredible and I wish I had bought it sooner! It is easy to use, looks futuristic and has made mopping the floor and steam cleaning the sofa so much easier.
Hi i was using vax b4 and with a fuse change its still broken. Bought this in IG. Its fab for lino and a carpet steamer. Just as good as the vax comes with 2 x cloths.
I've had several steam mops. This one is the best I have used. The good points are:
1. It is a robust machine, not flimsy like previous mops I have used.
2. It stands up without falling over and breaking. There is a positive 'click' when the handle and the base go into standing position.
3. The water bottle can be removed for filling and emptying. Very convenient.
4. Fitting the cleaning pad is easy - a velcro type fixing. It does take a bit of care to put the pad in the right position but after a couple of goes it is easy. And the pad cleans easily in some water plus detergent.
5. The machine produces lots of steam if you want. On high setting for steam it does make the floor wetter but soon dries.
6. The cable is good and long.
Are there any down points?
It would be useful to have something at the top of the handle to hang the machine up if you don't want it standing on the floor.
I haven't used the hand held position (I never have on any machine I've had!). So I can't comment on its usefulness in that mode.
I'm dubious about the carpet glider. I've never used one - I can't see how blasting a carpet with steam but not doing anything else like sucking makes any difference to the carpet. Maybe I'm wrong.
Overall I recommend this machine.

Not used yet as a Christmas present for my son who keeps knocking over his mop bucket.
Looks good hopefully as good as other people feedback says.
Delivery came early which was great and I love this machine. Easy to assemble and very easy to use. So far I have used it as a hand held.
I love it, it made short thrift of a messy shower cubicle - bathroom, stove top and oven getting into all those hard to reach areas
Can't wait to try it on carpets and floors - Really happy with my purchase
